1. General Information
Toya provides custom-made products, personalized gifts, 3D printed items, laser engraved products, collectibles, and made-to-order creations.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 
2. Custom and Personalized Products
Many of our products are made specifically according to customer requirements, including uploaded photos, logos, names, text, or custom design requests.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is accurate and that they have the legal right to use any uploaded images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.
Toya reserves the right to refuse any order that violates applicable laws, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
 
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in SEK unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through trusted payment providers including Stripe, Klarna, and other available payment methods.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized.
 
4. Production and Delivery
Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and customization requirements.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Toya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
 
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and Swedish consumer protection laws, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

Since most products sold by Toya are custom-made or personalized, orders generally cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once production has begun.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
 

6. Design Approval
For certain products, customers may receive previews, renderings, mockups, or design confirmations before production.
It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all design details, including spelling, dimensions, colors, and personalization information.
Approved designs are considered final.
 
7. Product Variations
Due to the nature of 3D printing, laser engraving, manufacturing processes, materials, lighting conditions, and screen settings, slight differences in color, texture, size, and finish may occur.
These variations do not constitute defects.
 
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, images, graphics, logos, and branding owned by Toya remain the intellectual property of Toya unless otherwise stated.
Customers retain ownership of the content they submit.
By submitting content, customers grant Toya permission to use the submitted materials solely for the purpose of producing and delivering the requested order.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
Toya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
 
10. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.
Information provided by customers is used only for order processing, customer support, and legal obligations.
